OUR THRACE ON ERT

A THRACIAN EVENING AT THE ERT BUILDING COURTYARD with the “Evritiki Zygia” band and the FOLKLORE CLUB OF AVLIDA BEACH with its dancing ensemble.

In the daily culture festival that has been taking place for 40 days now at the ERT courtyard, certainly the special features and the cultural elements from the wealth of our country’s folk tradition have not been absent.
Therefore, this Sunday we are happy to welcome our colleagues from the Orestiada ERA (ERT radio station), who have organised this evening with “Evritiki Zygia” and the FOLKLORE CLUB OF AVLIDA BEACH

-“Evritiki Zygia”
Young in age, the musicians of “Evritiki Zygia” create with special sensitivity and compose with genuine features from the folklore wealth of Evros, an impressive route towards the future.
Initiated in the traditional way of entertainment, with many researches on their record and having exclusively primordial traditional Thracian instruments in their configuration, they will remind personal experiences to the older and take the younger on a journey to every corner of the Thracian space (Northern, Eastern and Western Thrace). There, to the endless Thracian fairs, where all was genuine, with simple people. Then, that people feasted with their ears and their souls, and not with the eyes!
